Return regulations for business customers (B2B)

  1. No right of withdrawal for business customers

    • Business customers (B2B) generally have no right of withdrawal, regardless of whether the contract with Guru Cashflow Management GmbH or a third -party provider is concluded.
  2. Acceptance of the provider-ABB

    • With every booking or ordering, business customers automatically also accept the general terms and conditions of the respective provider. These apply in addition to the terms and conditions of Guru Cashflow Management GmbH.
  3. Independence of the return regulations

    • The right of return for business customers is valid regardless of the provider's information and is expressly recognized with the order.

 

Return regulations for end customers (B2C)

  1. Right of cancellation for consumers

    • As a rule, consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days for contracts concluded on distance sales. You can withdraw from the contract within this period without giving reasons.
  2. Exceptions from the right of withdrawal

    • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the consumer expressly requires that the service begin before the cancellation period has expired and this service is fully provided. In this case, the consumer loses its right of withdrawal according to § 18 Paragraph 1 Z 1 FAGG.
  3. Acceptance of the provider-ABB

    • When ordering via the platform of Guru Cashflow Management GmbH, consumers automatically also accept the general terms and conditions (AGB) of the respective provider. These apply in addition to the terms and conditions of Guru Cashflow Management GmbH.
  4. Return costs

    • If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer bears the immediate costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. refund

    • After an effective revocation, consumers will receive the purchase price and, if necessary, return costs within 14 days after the returned goods have been received by Guru Cashflow Management GmbH or the respective provider.

Further provisions:

In order to arrange a return, the article must be in the same state in which you have received it - unauthorized, unused, with all labels and in the original packaging. Please also keep the receipt or the purchase receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@edv-guru.at. Note that returns must be sent directly to the respective contractual partners.

As soon as your return has been accepted, we provide you with a return label and detailed instructions on how and where you should send the package. Returns that are sent to us without prior approval cannot unfortunately not be accepted. Please take into account that the shipping of your goods can take longer if your residential country is outside of Austria.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately after receipt and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong article. We will strive for a solution as soon as possible.

Certain articles are excluded from the return, such as tailor -made products (special designs or personalized items). Returns of dangerous materials, combustible liquids or gases cannot be accepted either. Please contact us if you have any questions or concern your specific article.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from sale articles or gift vouchers.

Exchange

To ensure that you receive the desired article, we recommend returning the original article and making a separate purchase for the new article after accepting the return.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union

Regardless of the above -mentioned provisions, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. In this case too, the article must be in the same condition in which you have received it - unauthorized, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or the purchase receipt.

Refunds

We notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return to inform you about the approval of the refund. In the event of approval, the refund will be automatically via its original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company has processed and credited the refund.
